As rick was repairing my vehicle , he found negligent work that had been done by a previous mechanic. He caught one major issue that could have been life threatening. He was prompt to respond, was in constant communication and I know he cut me a break on the labor charges. “Had my car towed to the shop on Tuesday to get the alternator replaced (at least I thought that was the problem) and have some more general maintenance done. I let it be known that I wasn’t in a huge hurry as I have alternate transportation. Was notified on the same day that it was in fact the alternator and gave a list of other things to check/replace. They called on Friday morning that it was done and ready for pickup! I got my car back and it cost about 1/3 less than I expected and runs like a dream!
