Always friendly and attentive to my concerns regarding my older F150. I showed up on a Saturday with what I thought was a major truck issue, but turned out to be minor issue. They took care of it immediately. Love the service department here. Especially Jennifer!

Christie in Ford service has been a Godsend for this service department. And mainly because of this lady, I'm leaving a 5-star review. Christie will stay in touch with you on the repairs. She will also make sure you have something to drive if your vehicle is in for warranty repairs that'll take longer than 24 hrs.
