She was super good, she was with me at all times and she treated me very well. Also, something to reward National Workwear is that it has super good bilingual employees to My colleagues and friends who do not speak English, that is something to thank the management for, they did not have the boots I wanted, but I recommend them 100% and I recommended them to all my colleagues, as it is a top 5/5 service.”

“Edit: Ellie was wonderful and made it right. Will definitely be back! GREAT customer service!I like the store, but am disappointed with pricing. They had a sign saying All short sleeve tees 2 for 25. Nothing posted about excluding sizes. They charge me $34. I questioned the lady and she said it's because extended sizes are not included. This is our 3rd time shopping there and probably our last. If the sale excludes sizes it needs to be posted.”

“With being a tall/curvy female, Buckle is the only company that I will buy pants and shorts from. Since my inseam is so long the styles I pick usually have to be ordered (which is totally fine). All of the employees at this location are very friendly and helpful. I would like to especially thank Alyssa for helping me each time I come in to try on my orders and switch them out if needed. It makes it easier for me to work with the same person each time so I don't have to re-explain what I like. Alyssa does amazing with helping me pick out styles that fit my build. “I was given 5 pairs of platform and high hill boots as a gift from Express. Well three pair was to small. They were purchased during a great sale. Got them for a extremely low price. It was clearly stated before the purchase and on the invoice no exchanges or refunds. So, we took our chances at the Express in Fayette Mall, Lexington KY. We took them and the invoice to see what could be done, if anything. We both felt our chances was low. Boy, was we wrong, they went out of their way to give us service that is second to no one. There was 4 ladies working I believe. Each one had there part in giving us the greatest service. I would to love to thank each one again. I don’t know your names but it was the entire staff. What do you do to have staff that genuinely cares that much. As a small business owner I want to know their secret. These ladies must love working for Express. Teach us Express how to honor our employees like you do. That kind of service is only given by people work for a business that takes care of their staff.”
