“OK maybe not 5 stars, but I don't think they are work 1 star, so here I am... I would say about a 3-4 star average for this spot... who doesn't like baby clothes? They always have some kind of sale going on, and since I now have a new grandbaby, it gives me even more of a reason to shop here! I do like to buy stuff when its on sale so when I am invited to a babyshower or something, I will be ready! They also keep coupons in your email and online so just print them before you head out to shop and your golden!”

“I have recently been diagnosed with cancer and my 150lb body is at 112. So I do tend to shop in the kids section because of the 14/16 waist options. Never once has anyone in this store made me feel bad, or looked at me differently as many other stores have. I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for allowing me figure out waist size etc. It's hard enough in this world, but the employees here make it feel so much better, even if it's just when shopping in your store. “Always always always love old navy. The sweaters are a little on the higher side, but they are a nicer quality so it's not an issue if you have the money to spend. Cashiers are a little slow, but very nice and helpful. I love the fact that most of their dresses have pockets, and my partner loves how comfortable the button up shirts are. They seem to have something for everyone.”

“Sold clothes here for the first time and it was a great experience!The associates were kind and helpful when I dropped off and picked up. It did take the estimated five and a half hours to process my buy, however it was nice that they let you know that at drop off. I left and received a text message when my buy was ready. It would be nice to be able to pick up next day if it will take that long but overall, I’m super satisfied with the experience. I felt like the pay out was very reasonable and I will definitely sell here again.”

I think that JCPenney has some great clothes for like the office but not really my style my daughter found some really nice clothes and she's 13 and she liked them they were a little pricey for the quality. “Prices are reasonable, clothing is pristine! Excellent customer Service & satisfaction!! Friendly staff and clean store!! More like a boutique than consignment shop. Sizes ranging from preemie to 18/20! Boy’s & Girl’s clothing! (some upscale brands, Lilly Pulitzer & Matilda Jane women’s options ) several Matilda Jane options for girls!! & Lilly Pulitzer options for girls!! And, maternity clothing rack! (I personally don’t know of ANY other maternity store in Lexington as of now-2021.)The staff frequently sanitized the building & clothing, which I found awesome!! Store was busy, yet no wait. Owner was present and offered assistance to each customer(s)! Also saw several consignors dropping off items explaining they do really well selling here!!All around great experience!
