“I bought a truck from a guy that had the transmission replaced at this location a year and a half ago then moved to Georgia, verified the warranty would transfer so i purchased the truck. I noticed after a few hundred miles a pretty good leak. So i called the shop explained my situation and that i reside in georgia 6 hours away. I was told to take the truck to an ammco shop since they are a sister company. I did, the ammco shop did the work and Cottman stood behind their warranty....i would definitley recomend this shop to anyone.”

My dealer shop wanted to fix something that was very expensive. Eventually we did have to do the service, but it was over three years later. I appreciate that about them.”

“We have a 1985 Rolls Royce that has an AC system that was converted from R12 to R134A. After some time, hoses failed and leaked R134A through the rubber. I priced available hoses and they were quite pricey. I too them to the Decimal Drive facility in Louisville and they made new hoses that less than 1/4 the cost of new factory supplied parts. The staff was very professional and polite. The work was done quickly and we appreciate them for providing 5 star customer service. They Rock!!!”

After being told by the dealership that I need to replace the entire transmission, Bobby recommended that we do a complete system flush before we take extreme measures. So far, I can certainly tell a difference, I believe my 2021 Tahoe is going to get much more life! I’m not sure that the dealerships have true specialized experts anymore.”
