“I’ve gone to auto lube for over five years now. Dominic has been there many years and has always taken very good Care of three of my cars during this time. He goes out of his way to answer all of my questions and goes over and above to make me feel confident that my car has been in good hands and very safe to drive as I continue to visit my son in Nashville very often. He never pushes me into something that is not necessary at that time and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car nor my daughters. As a matter of fact, I won’t get my oil changed or anything else done to my car unless he is there. Now, my daughter who is 18 Years old, feels the same way, As she drives every other weekend to the lake and on a daily basis back-and-forth to College. Thank you, Dominic for all that you do for us and for so many.

“Springdale Automotive is great! They diagnosed the problems with my car and gave me a list of everything the car needed immediately and also things that should be done in the future but could wait. The immediate problems were taken care of in a day. John, who was filling in from Greenfield, IN, was great to work with - explained everything to me so I could understand and was super friendly. He was even able to give me a few discounts. In the future, I will use Springdale Automotive to care for the rest of the items on the list of things that should be done to my car. Very pleased with the work they did!”

“I actually came into Superior Quick Lube by accident but I'm so glad I did. I called Valvoline Instant Oil Change to find out what the price would be for a full synthetic oil change on my vehicle and they quoted me $114.98. I knew that in order to make that price work, I was going to have to make some changes...... I got off the phone and told my family that we would just have to begin eating cereal with forks for the next two weeks in order to save milk as well as having my family forego electricity on all even numbered days for the next month. After a minute or two of whispered grumbling, my family unplugged the refrigerator and agreed that getting the oil changed was a higher priority than lights and air conditioning. So, I set out on my mission for a full synthetic oil change.
I pulled into the parking lot and was immediately waved into their bay by a slightly older, nay, distinguished looking gentleman, and awaited his instructions. I was a little skeptical of how quickly this man would be able to change my oil due to his friendly, yet professional, banter which was slightly slowed by his southern country drawl. At least, I figured, it would give me time to daydream about whether I should try to sneakily sell some of my children's toys without them knowing in order to afford a tire rotation as well. Unfortunately, my thoughts were interrupted by this man telling me that the oil change was complete and that my total was $79.99 plus tax.
I immediately retorted, "Please, sir, don't play games with me. It's been less than 5 minutes. Also, you told me on the phone that it would be $114.98. I already signed my 14 year old child up to be an Uber driver so we could get the extra income to afford this." He, who I found out later was named Dennis, told me that they were actually done a minute before but he didn't want to interrupt my daydreaming. He then added that he never quoted that much and didn't believe anyone would. I was insulted! "Do you question my honor, good sir!? You DID quote me that price just as surely as this is Valvoline Instant Oil Change!" He politely responded that it was not, in fact, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, nor did I ever call.
"Fair enough, rogue," I replied. "What place is this place, then? You bear the crest of Valvoline right there upon your banner!" He replied that it was Superior Quick Lube and that they use Valvoline oil, and therefore, have their logo. "Indeed," said I, "but what good fate has befallen my family and I that we should be granted this discounted bargain?" He replied with two statements. "Sir, you don't need to talk like we are living in the 1800s. Also, that is the same price for everyone who wants a full synthetic oil change in my shop." He then told me that his partner had also refilled the air in all of my tires, topped off my other fluids, and checked my air filter and windshield wipers, all included in the same price.
As I pulled out of the bay, just 5 minutes after entering, my car seemed to whisper "thank you" to me and I never asked why. I called my wife and immediately told her that she and the kids could plug the stove and grandma's oxygen machine back in. She was perplexed and asked, "to what lucky star do we owe this good luck? Did you meet an angel?" "Not quite, my beautiful. I saved over 30 dollars by having my oil changed By Dennis Geary at Superior Quick Lube."”

Tyler helped us out, he was very informative and professional. He made sure I understood what my brakes were doing, even showing me with a demonstration. He called me a couple times during the day with updates, keeping me informed. My car is working great, I really appreciate this guys.”

“I have a fleet car through work and have to get my oil changed more often than the average person. The manager at this location, Maxwell, is always so helpful and kind. I have previously been to locations that will only do my oil change and won’t do the other laundry list of things my fleet provider wants done, but Maxwell always looks at what I’m due for and makes sure it all gets taken care of. I sometimes go out of my way to come to this location because I always have such a great experience.”
“I wish I could rate them 5 stars for every visit. I've been coming to this specific Valvoline for the past several years for good reasons: professionalism, timeliness, and no pressure to purchase more. They always complete their job well and offer more services with good explanations backing them up, but never pressure me if I refuse. Bonus, they're always friendly and polite, which is not the same experience I've had going to other Valvolines. Even when the line is long, I've never been here for more than an hour (there are exceptions of course), and it's worth the wait since I know the job is well done! Kudos to the management and the team working here!”
