“I went here for the first time last week. I made an appointment online to install a new battery. I was hoping to just wait for the install, but they had it done in two hours instead. That’s perfectly acceptable and the store employee I dealt with was courteous. I’d use them again if needed.”

“A lifesaver It can be difficult to get older macbooks repaired, all I needed was a battery replacement and they got it replaced and returned in less than 24 hours. The pricing was reasonable and certainly much better than having to replace the computer. I highly recommend them!”

“10/10 the only place you should go if you’re a T-Mobile customer in the Louisville area. If you’re lucky Sabrina will be working! I came in with my elderly mother who was a bit confused, she was able to help my mom better understand her phone plan, and get our needs for a new phone taken care of in a professional and caring way. I wish more stores had this kind of customer support. Her as well as other members of the staff really are so great, from helping me open the door to the understanding and patience they all had. My mother and I truly appreciate the team and their efforts!Do yourself a favor and don’t go to any other T-Mobile retail stores. Even if there’s a wait, it’s worth it to go to this location.”

I came in extremely irritated with the insurance program- Asurion- which is apparently not ATT, but he helped make a really bad situation right. I appreciate his patience because I was extremely angry walking into the store. I still hate the insurance- but have a more favorable view of ATT based on my interaction with Mason and did not cancel my services which is what I came into the store to do.”

“Ordered a Samsung tablet from Amazon . brought it in to add it to our AT&T account only to find that it was equipped for wifi only. Noah Anderson took that tablet back to factory settings eliminating my personal info so I could safely return it. Showed me another Samsung tablet at around the same price and specs. He set it up answered a couple of questions about my account.. all without making me feel the fool for ordering the wrong tablet.. all around a good experience.”
