Whites Auto service is a trusted business that I will continue to take my truck to because of their excellence, professionalism, and knowledgeable expertise. I will continue to use their awesome service repair in the future, they can always be counted on to do the job right and with friendly customer service from Dustin. I retired and came back to the area and started getting my oil changes at White's Auto Mall (to include purchasing a vehicle here), and I've noticed a recurring issue. They never call to let me know when the vehicle is ready; instead, they wait for customers to come and inquire. This lack of communication can be inconvenient, especially when you're waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. It would be great if they improved their notification system for a smoother customer experience.

I haven’t had my car from this dealership even 6 months. I have had to put a starter, fix my own Ac and bracket on the front driver suspension so the grease would stop coming out. They don’t check the cars as they say they do. The management care more about losing money then actually helping the customer. Bad business hope they do better in the future.

Every employee I came in contact with greeted me, assisting me or not. Every question answered. My RFID light came on the next day. Called Whites automotive, the young Lady I spoke with stated , “Bring the vehicle in at your earliest convenience.” RFID reader fixed. The supervisor asked me to bring my car back to get it fully detailed for the inconvenience. I replied, It wasn’t necessary things happen” however the young lady asked me to bring my car in, leave my car in for they made the mistake. white’s automotive would have a loaner car for me, because it will take half a day to detail it. That’s what I call service!!

Chip, Wayne, and Keith helped me so much. They fought tooth and nail when the lender was being difficult after I had already signed the contract. They made sure I got to keep my car at the same price with the same deals. They helped me with a vehicle in my price range. They kept the payments under the max I wanted. I will highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. When other dealerships said they wouldn’t help me they said yes. I have never met such great guys at a dealership then now. I’m so proud of them and thank you again for all that you guys did. I love my vehicle and I’m forever grateful!

Mike in the Service Dept. was very helpful in setting up my appt for new tires. He found specials for me so I could save money on the 4 tires.They were very efficient and did an excellent job of replacing my tires as quickly as possible. The waiting area was very comfortable and clean . They even had snacks, tv and games for kids.I would definitely recommend White's Auto Mall for any service you might need on your vehicle.I especially recommend talking to Mike for any info you might need.

All around the service was great! I just moved here so it was my first visit to get my Jeeps oil changed and I usually have to wait a couple hours at other dealerships to have it done but they were quick I was in and out in about an hour and usually they tell me it’s done and walk away but Mike my advisor came out and talked to me while walking me back to check out. I will definitely be back, thanks for the great service!

Always professionals, keep you informed and apprised of the situation. My Jeep went in for a major issue, that unfortunately could not be fixed (cost/age not reasonable for me). They didn't charge me on the diagnostic and labor, just material cost were applied. Dustin even helped me when I had questions about other cars (I needed something affordable), I honestly felt like I was in good hands even when the outcome of my Jeep was not so good.Thank You Dustin and White Auto Mall!PS - Did you know that a check engine light can mean 1 of 170 issues! I do now!!!

The dealership I bought my car from sent my vehicle here to be fixed because they couldn’t fix it. Told me my car just needed to be reprogrammed so they did.. check engine light back on, sent back to them and told me the dealership I bought it from broke a wire and they replaced it for me.. check engine came back on, sent it back and got told that the mechanic didn’t think the wire was the actual problem ? they continue to try to figure out what’s wrong with it and think they have an idea of it. (My dealership thought they kept using them for money so they sent it to another shop for another opinion) since then I have asked if I could get all my paperwork they have on my vehicle while they had it.. took them TWO WEEKS and multiple phone calls and text for them to get back to me. They have terrible communication skills.. I for the most part had to contact them myself to get info while they had my vehicle. I went through 3 different service advisors. Madeline my second advisor didn’t seem to have much knowledge of my vehicle every time I called about it. I had to contact her manager to get info on my vehicle. Mike was my 3rd advisor he was a lot more helpful and knowledgeable and kept me informed as much as he could. But it also seemed their manager wasn’t communicating with him either on information.

I used to RAVE about this dealership’s service department back when it was Sisk Auto Mall. Since it has become White’s, the service has gone way down hill. I have been sitting in the waiting area for over 4 and a half hours now for them to fix a recall on my Grand Cherokee even though I scheduled an appointment. They “were not expecting me” because my appointment did not show in their system even though I received a confirmation email and text. The service advisors told me they are “overbooked and understaffed” which should not be my problem.A few months ago my husband came in due to a check engine light, they wanted to charge him even though the Jeep was only a few months old. That appointment also took way longer than necessary.I’m disappointed that a service department could go from being so stellar to what it is now. I will be taking both of my Jeeps elsewhere for future needs.

Tony in the service department went well above and beyond to assists me. My car broke down Friday and was towed into the dealership. He went above and beyond on a weekend to make sure my car was not only fixed, and running, but so selflessly stayed well past closing to ensure my vehicle was properly taken care of In time for my upcoming trip to see family! I drive 30min from Clarksville for a reason; this dealership is full of wonderful people, and top notch service! Thankyou Tony!

Dustin is absolutely incredible and is the best service writer at the dealership! There is a reason why you take your vehicle to the dealership instead of other chain shops such as Firestone! Thank you guys for providing quick and excellent service!

My reasoning behind 4 stars:Experience 1. 2 StarsExperience 2. 5 StarsExperience 3. 5 StarsI had Dustin as the service person the last two times I took my vehicle in to be serviced. Here's what I liked:1. He returned my phone calls2. He explained the service3. He waited on me quickly when I entered the garage4. He called me when the vehicle was completed and was knowledgeable about what had or had not been doneEvery time I have taken in my vehicle, issues were resolved with the van.

Under the new owner, it is a 180 degree difference in service , literally it was a 2 hr wait minimum, (you waiting there for your vehicle), now 1 hr from dropping vehicle off to picking it back up, and the service writer Mike was very professional, will definitely continue to have our vehicle service there
