Dustin is absolutely incredible and is the best service writer at the dealership! There is a reason why you take your vehicle to the dealership instead of other chain shops such as Firestone! Thank you guys for providing quick and excellent service!

Under the new owner, it is a 180 degree difference in service , literally it was a 2 hr wait minimum, (you waiting there for your vehicle), now 1 hr from dropping vehicle off to picking it back up, and the service writer Mike was very professional, will definitely continue to have our vehicle service there

Went in for a oil change on my Ram and had to bring my renegade in for a part to be replaced under warranty. I am very pleased to say that Madeline Dejagger is phenomenal and helped me immediately glad I finally got a service advisor that knows their stuff. Thank you Madeline ?
