“Meant to go to Boot Country but accidentally ended up here but I am very glad I did. I have 0 experience with knowledge on boots and was looking to get my first pair. I explained to Chas exactly what I was looking for and he wasted no time pointing to the exact boots I was looking for. He didn’t try to upsell me on the most expensive pairs and was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Had a pleasant conversation. He even took the time to steam them for a bit to help them fit a bit more comfortably which was above and beyond the service I was expecting. Walked away with a great pair of boots and a satisfied customer. I will be back when it comes time for a new pair or if I need anything in that field. I highly suggested shopping here and the service was very much appreciated.”

“This is a great store! Every time I've gone there, the people behind the counter have been smiling, friendly, and helpful. I have never recieved a product that was defective or disappointing. I usually buy their glass, and have never gotten home dissatisfied. Every time I go in there, they have cool new glass, and I go there a lot! They have beautiful water pieces that function really well. And they have a huge variety, so there is always something for everyone. The price of their glass is also so much better than if you got the same pieces shipped to your house. I got 2 things and paid less than 17 dollars, about 1/3 of what I would have paid for the same things online. I go to Florence Mall just for this store. This is my favorite place to get glass. I recommend this store to everyone I know. I had another great experience in this store the other day and felt the need to share a review.”

“While I normally appreciate Kohl's and their selection. it has gone down for men's items in my opinion. Most of what was available was in clearance which normally the only problem is finding my size. However, the items on clearance were just as much as new clothes 6 months ago... $35 for a shirt. Thankfully there's always a coupon around the corner to help and the Kohl's Cash keeps sucking me right back in for anything I missed or need to replace after the fact.Every time I have been here, the staff is always friendly and there's someone going around tidying up what folks throw around. I will say though, this is the first time I didn't see one actively hanging around shoe's since there's normally always someone asking for help finding their size.”
“Love dropping into this store as often as possible- best way to catch just the right thing. The ladies who work there are always friendly and helpful. Had a great time yesterday at their "Bag Sale" - so much fun - especially with friends/family. It gets a little crazy by so much fun!”
“Store was clean & happy to see plus sizes on main floor by the door. Most Macy's plus size is on top floor in back corner. Hard for an elderly plus size person to walk to. Hope other Macy's change to this floor plan. Easy to do returns at register instead of hunting return counter.”
“One of the few places left in the mall worth going in for. My daughter loves everything in this store. I love the band t-shirts. Most things are decently priced. The store is well stocked. All but the last time they've given us Hot Topic Cash coupons to use on our next purchase, which adds up to great savings. I've never seen an unhappy employee either. They are all helpful and friendly.”
“Maybe even 3.5 stars. I gave it 4 because I've never had to deal with nasty or unhappy workers. What I don't like about the store is I find myself going to the front and back alot. The clothing is not grouped very well. Also the changing room system is a bit of a pain, but I understand why they made those changes. Overall clean place with decent deals.”

“Atmosphere was great. Took my daughter here because she loves all the weird, quirky candy they carry. I love seeing the different variety of things they carry such as shirts, cds, dvds, figures etc.”

I was a emotionally, depressed mess looking for something to buy for myself. I overheard her talking to customers at the register saying that "she doesn't care what time they close, customers come first, who knows what they are going through, they can shop and take there time."By time I got to the register it was 8pm...I was in tears crying because she was so kind from a distance... she didn't even know how much that meant for me to find something for me and not feel like a burden. Thank you for helping me recovery from my depression today!”
“I have loved this store for decades. I wish they had more shoes but great buys on new cotton t-shirts and dresses too. They could clean up the sales area, difficult to see as they are jammed together.”
“The type of shoes they have here are the same as any other footlocker. I got some baby shoes, but the price on the shoe was wrong. When I paid, it cost $9 more, and when I told the worker, they just said it got pricier. I still bought them, and apart from the price mix-up, everything was fine.”
“We had a good time walking around Macy's looking around for items in purchasing things to take an hour trip. The man at the counter that waiting on those was very friendly and we talked about the Steelers football game which I enjoyed. And store was nice and clean.”

“Pretty good experience. Good prices. Nice staff.I had ordered a tuxedo rental online and went in to the store to get measured for it. I even set up an appointment for the measurements. They had a hard time figuring out how to find the rental in their system and kept trying to get me to start over and pick much more expensive options that's what I had chosen online. Eventually they found it and did the measurements.Picking up and trying on the tux once it arrived at the store was quick and painless. Everything fits well.Overall, a good experience but corporate needs to make the online+in-store experience more seamless and user/staff-friendly.”
