“While I normally appreciate Kohl's and their selection. it has gone down for men's items in my opinion. Most of what was available was in clearance which normally the only problem is finding my size. However, the items on clearance were just as much as new clothes 6 months ago... $35 for a shirt. Thankfully there's always a coupon around the corner to help and the Kohl's Cash keeps sucking me right back in for anything I missed or need to replace after the fact.Every time I have been here, the staff is always friendly and there's someone going around tidying up what folks throw around. I will say though, this is the first time I didn't see one actively hanging around shoe's since there's normally always someone asking for help finding their size.”

“Store was clean & happy to see plus sizes on main floor by the door. Most Macy's plus size is on top floor in back corner. Hard for an elderly plus size person to walk to. Hope other Macy's change to this floor plan. Easy to do returns at register instead of hunting return counter.”

The clothing is not grouped very well. Also the changing room system is a bit of a pain, but I understand why they made those changes. Overall clean place with decent deals.”

“One of the few places left in the mall worth going in for. My daughter loves everything in this store. I love the band t-shirts. Most things are decently priced. The store is well stocked. All but the last time they've given us Hot Topic Cash coupons to use on our next purchase, which adds up to great savings. I've never seen an unhappy employee either. They are all helpful and friendly.”

“Okay, I did not get this girls name who works here, but she really needs recognized!!!I walked in tonight at 7:47pmStore closes at 8:00pm. I was a emotionally, depressed mess looking for something to buy for myself. I overheard her talking to customers at the register saying that "she doesn't care what time they close, customers come first, who knows what they are going through, they can shop and take there time."By time I got to the register it was 8pm...I was in tears crying because she was so kind from a distance... she didn't even know how much that meant for me to find something for me and not feel like a burden. “Pretty good experience. Good prices. Nice staff.I had ordered a tuxedo rental online and went in to the store to get measured for it. I even set up an appointment for the measurements. They had a hard time figuring out how to find the rental in their system and kept trying to get me to start over and pick much more expensive options that's what I had chosen online. Eventually they found it and did the measurements.Picking up and trying on the tux once it arrived at the store was quick and painless. Everything fits well.Overall, a good experience but corporate needs to make the online+in-store experience more seamless and user/staff-friendly.”
