Very helpful when a online banking issue caused my rent to pay late and me to incur a late fee. They listened to me, helped me, and signed a letter for my rental manager so my late fee could get forgiven. I have loved US Bank since switching in March and they have definitely made a lifelong customer out of me!

The service at this branch has been good, but the online banking part of USbank is so bad that I will be closing my account soon and moving it over to a credit union with a stable web platform. I cant even begin to describe how horrible their website and account access is. The worst part of it is when you call to have your account access re-instated (again) they are extremely snooty and arrogant about it. #fail #dccuftw

Horribly rude service and absolutely none of the employees care. The employees are never any help and do not assist. I had a terrible issue with the bank that U.S. Bank caused and no one at this location was any help. All the employees tried to brush me off and talked down to me. If I could give zero stars I would.

Been with them for a few weeks and deposited money in my bank account only for them to put a hold on my money a few weeks after my account have been open it’s been over a week and no one can fix this problem so here I am still with no money cause the department that handles this you can only email makes no sense I have bills and kids to support and you guys hold my money and still can’t get this problem resolved gotta wait tell Monday how crazy I will be closing my account after I receive my money crazy thing is nobody cares now if it was them this would have already been fixed but I see why everyone said bank with a different bank

Me and my fiancé went through the ATM and made a pretty big deposit. Once the deposit was made the ATM apparently glitched as the bank says and now we are out X,XXX. We have been trying to resolve this for over a week now and have been getting the run around. Till this date we are still out our money and now behind on bills and unable to move ! This is probably the worst bank I’ve ever had and I guess I should of read these other reviewers before even opening an account. If anyone ever thinks of opening an account here think twice !!!!! So far everyone has been unprofessional besides one person who tried helping the best she could (Jessie). The account is always being put on hold every time we try and use our card as well. They hold the account and mark it fraud every time we use our card. We put gas in our truck and they marked it fraud. Went grocery shopping and they marked it fraud ! This is the most ridiculous bank to ever deal with ! Every time we ask for help we get a number to call then they redirect us and get nothing but a run around ! DO NOT BANK HERE !

Good luck at getting someone at this branch to answer the phone. 90% of the time it goes to voicemail and no one ever bothers to call back. Lame.

Terrible. Lobby is closed, no one will answer their phone and when you leave a message they won't return your call. I can't wait to withdraw my 300K from this bank that is getting .003% interest. I would not recommend

Not only did I get rear ended by one of their tellers while I was in line for the drive thru but the other teller that was waiting on me was extremely rude, he didn't even say anything to me besides, "I'll be with you in a minute" Didn't say a word when he sent my receipt out.

This branch is the WORST. They never answer the phone or return calls. The ATM is always broken. The lobby is understaffed. The location is hard to get into and out of.

They ALWAYS ALWAYS and ALWAYS have 1 person at the window and 1 person on the drive through the other workers are going to take their lunch break when it's VERY busy. Waiting inline for 30+ minutes

***Drive thru issues continueDrive thru takes entirely to long. 1 out of 10 times did I get in under 5 mins. Typically I am waiting 15 mins to a half hour. Something needs to be changed. It's a joke.2-17-21Another drive thru issue. Arrived at 10:06 pulled up behind someone at the console. The other lane just left. Because they only have 2 lanes open at a time. So there are 2 vehicles here for service total. I just pulled up to the console at 10:22. The person in front of me should have been asked to come inside to take care of his 18 minute transaction.3-1-21Drive thru delays...arrived at 12:08 and left at 12:37. You tell me the issue.
