Stanley is always well taken care of, comes home exhausted and happy from daycare/boarding, and loves his groomer Kyra and pulls to get inside to see her. We couldn’t imagine taking him anywhere else. And we are very picky!

They always take such good care of them. With his skin issues we never have a problem here and our baby comes out looking so much better. Not to mention the de-shedding for our girl. Couldn’t be happier.

From the first visit, you can sense a high level of compassion, knowledge and support from the entire staff here. This is not your normal metal exam table clinic. Everyone involved in this clinic not only wants your 4 legged family member to feel comfortable, but the rooms are designed to bring a sense of comfort to us as well. They definately take the fear out of these appointments to get down to the patient's level (literally on the floor) to do the exam. The following day, we received a text asking how our little guy was doing after his visit. Our little dude is 13 and we saw the same vet for 13 years and never was there any kind of followup on how he was. Just to know there is so much care from the staff to want to know how he is doing means a lot to us. There are so many vet locations in NKY, but since that first visit, we felt we finally had some answers and a plan to get him on the right track. We moved all his records over to this clinic as what they have done so far has been amazing! Dr. Smith your staff is amazing so thank you

These babies and her momma that I so dearly came to love, would never have had treatment and care that they So desperately needed without you. I was finally able to feel that I could leave them in good hands after being so worried about them for over a week and a half. You and your staff have been so kind to give your heart an expertise to save this family. They were living in the weeds and underneath an abandoned building, with no one regular to feed them. Noah's Ark Animal Clinic of Florence
7025 Burlington Pike, FlorenceAmazing!!! We have a diabetic dog who was diagnosed march 2023. In that time we've been to SIX other vets trying to get his blood sugar under control and, in the last year, seizures too. We decided to give Noah's Ark a try about 6 weeks ago. We've taken our dogs there here and there as walk ins over the years and never had a bad experience. But we're beyond impressed with the care given to our diabetic dog! Dr. Tate is the first vet to actually call US to tell us to adjust insulin because she proactively looks at his numbers- we shared the link with her. Before we were always the ones calling, begging for advice and how to adjust insulin and felt like we were inconveniencing them (at the other vet offices).
She also researched foods- which was huge for us because we couldn't find one that wasn't full of carbs AND didn't contain rosemary extract- which we realized was the cause of his seizures. He's FINALLY in the green with his numbers after all this time, weening off seizure meds, and just on a great path forward!
We also took our other dog there last week because he couldn't walk. They sent out a ton of people to try to help my 100lb boy out of our truck and took such good care of him. Thanks to Dr Liga, my 8 year old baby boy is running around like the puppy he is again!
This is our 7th and LAST vet office!!

I love the Florence location, the Dr's and staff are so kind. My fur children feel right at home when they walk in the door, they are always greeted with a smile and lots of belly rubs! Couldn't recommend Pet Wow more, plus their prices are very fair and the convenience of multiple locations and vets that come to your house is wonderful!

We ordered a Bourbon Burger (bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion straws, mayo & Bourbon BBQ sauce), Battered Fish Tacos 3 (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onion mix cilantro & tarter sauce) and a plain Fish Sandwich & Fries for my son. The only negative I can say was the coleslaw needs a good tweaking. They give you a nice helping of it but just kind of tasteless. He said the burger was the best he's ever had and that bourbon sauce was to die for. Our waitress was very helpful and did a wonderful job. Thank you Margo!! We'll return soon!?

I got chicken chimichangas and while it was good, I didn’t care for the large chunks of tomato and chunks of iceburg lettuce that was called a “side salad”.
