The customer service is absolutely amazing don't matter what time of day you go in there they go above and beyond we lived in Elsmere and there delivery services is second to none they are the best we moved to west price hill as still use them for delivery. They are absolutely amazing I refuse to shop anywhere else. This store takes customer satisfaction to whole new level.There incredapet rewards is also amazing we have two dogs who use pads and every 12th box is free.I hope the employees and owners get the recognition they need and deserve because they truly deserve it.

2495 Dixie Hwy, Fort MitchellUnfortunately we had our first experience putting our dog to rest. Let me tell you how unbelievable these people were. The assistants and Doctor were so kind. I will forever be grateful for their support and care for our dogs. Great people work here
