“Had a spare tire replaced on trailer for a bad 1, bought a used rim, had the tire originally on the outside swapped to go on the inside and left them with the old tire... cost just over 120.00. Petro charged me 65 just to swap out a spare for a bad tire on the outside last trailer axle and they never put a jack under it. So I'd say Best One will get all my business any time im in the area and all the business I can send thier way. Great service, friendly folks, and it was done, paid for, and out the door in under an hour. Can't say its always that fast but I can say Travis doesn't let any grass grow under his feet.Many thanks to Mr. Tom and Mr. TravisOnly reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because they didn't have much grass for my 2 boys to water but then again its winter up this way”

“The best auto service in Elizabethtown bar none! They offer expert service from routine auto maintenance, tire replacement, small repairs to major ones too. The best thing about this place is their honesty. For most people who don't know much about mechanics, me included, you won't have to worry about getting up sold unnecessary repairs or simply getting cheated. I've been coming here since we moved to Elizabethtown some 12 years ago and have appreciated the wonderful service Nelson, Fred and their team have provided to me and my family. They are always looking for ways to pass on the savings to their customers. All of our cars require full synthetic motor oil and that can be expensive. At the dealer or one of those quick lube places it runs about $80-$110 dollars for an oil change. It started out like that at discount tire then about 5 or 6 years I got a bill for about $45. I asked Nelson if they had used full synthetic since the cost was significantly lower, and he assured me that they did use full synthetic and the price was lower because they were buying it in bulk and it was much cheaper. Instead of profiting from the increased margin, they passed it onto their customers. On another occasion I needed a replacement part and if I got it from the manufacturer it would cost about $800 just for the part. Nelson said he could find a used part in good condition that was gonna cost me a fraction of that $800 (about $150) and that's what he did. No problems for a couple years to when I traded that car in. These are just two of the many examples of why they are the best and most honest auto service. I'll end my review with this anecdote. My daughter was home on a school break and I noticed her tires were worn and needed to be replaced. I did notice that all four had not worn evenly though I routinely rotated the tires. It may have been that I'd replaced 2 a couple years back but didn't remember. Regardless, I sent my daughter to get all 4 replaced so they would all match. An hour later my daughter called to say that Nelson recommended only two tires be replaced. I disregarded it and told her to get all 4 changed. She called me back and said, they refuse to replace all four tires, the two are barely worn and will last for another 40k miles. Haha. Two years later, no problems and yeah they look to have about the same wear, I can't tell the new from the old.”

“This is the only place I could find decent brisket. However, I asked for some fat to season my smoker and said they can't because all of it is for one customer (not a neighborhood type attitude). I guess they do what they do but doesn't sound like a great business model. Not impressed. Besides that, it's a normal size sams.”

“On a extremely busy Labor Day I found 2 nails in my tire. The only tire shop open in Elizabethtown.Stopped in no appointment and he couldn't promise it would get done. I was already having a stressful morning and although I didn't love hearing that, I left my car. He promised to try but there were 30 cars to be done that day. He promised to call before 5pm so if nothing else I could get my car back. Phone rang at 330 that he repaired both tires. Needless to say he took a huge amount of stress off me and I appreciate that more than anything. He was kind and courteous to me . When it's time to get new tires I will be stopping in for a quote for sure. Customer Service does still exist! Thank you”
