People were helpful, but they did not always give me accurate information. For example, they gave me the wrong phone case and put it on for me. I was not able to use the volume button because they were pressed inside of the case. When I took it back, a different employee told me that it was the wrong case.

Visited Verizon in crescent springs today. I am 83. Erin helped me with my new cell phone. She explained to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. FANTASTIC!!!!!
