I went in the other day to try and get 4 phone plans, the guy who was “helping” if you can even call it that, looked so bored and like he didn’t even want to make a sale? I asked about prices and he rolled his eyes and pulled out a piece of paper, telling me how I’d need to pay over $800 that day to get phones… without even asking what kind of phones we wanted? checked online on the Verizon website? Less than $200… for all 4. if you really want Verizon service, I recommend just going online and doing it yourselves, because this store will rob you, and not give a damn while doing it.Literally worst customer service ever, my sister in law works at a different Verizon and I know y’all make commission, it’s weird having an employee who obviously doesn’t value either of our times, or his paycheck ??♀️??♀️??♀️

Customer service ok. But like the one person said they tell you one thing then you find out another. They tried getting $70 from me just to set up but I explained to them I was robbed of my choice since I would never agree to pay 2 activation fees. I’m also a member of Consumer Report, and I take action when companies lie. I was told my bill will be $75 and it is $82. Then they expect people to share their bank information to pay bills which is not happening. I was told there is coverage in this area well I have one bar. I’m going back to Boost Infinite and pay $25 for no service which is better than nearly $100 which is extremely high. Most companies charge 1 activation fee and you pay less for services. To make matters worse Verizon put me on a prepaid plan which I did not ask for and charged upfront $64.53 and when I found out what they did the next day I went to see Paul at Verizon’s satellite store who set me up with post pay and it wasn’t a day with postpaid and minimum service in my area o get the 117.93 bill. They tried charging another $35 setup fee. Not happening. To make matters worse they refused to refund me for prepaid which I never had. I had Boost Infinite on my phone when Paul switched me to postpaid. So the fight was on! There’s a heap more I can say about Verizon but the store Paul only did his part which I appreciate. But if you sign up for Verizon take care and keep close eyes on your bill.3 star customer service1 star service1 star price

The absolute worst customer service. They tell you one thing when you sign up or switch service to get your money, and then tell you something completely different if you have any issues later on. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere but this location!

Avoid this place. They ripped me off for $70 "Activation Fee" when I switched over 2 lines. Then Verizon charged me $70 again. When I looked into the double activation fee it turns out it was NOT an activation fee but instead a fee for them "helping". I was not told this and the level of service/"help" I experienced certainly wasn't worth $70. I should have walked out when they tried to charge me but of course they lied and called it an activation fee. When I contacted Verizon the rep even said what they were doing was not right. My advice: If you have a problem go to a real Verizon store where the fees you pay will actually be reflected on your account. I went in and spoke to "Christy" who said they would work on "Verbiage" because she knew calling it an activation fee was deceptive. She said the manager would contact me. Of course he never did. Beware

Waited in line for a long time. Verizon has taking over Bluegrass. My mom's phone doesn't work to their new system. Now she has to wait to get a new flip phone. She is elderly. Very disappointed ☹️

It used to be people tried to help here. Why does no one answer my calls? Why does the mailbox not have room for messages if that's what you want me to do? I'm disappointed, to say the least.
