“I've been a customer for 2.5 years, regularly sending 2-3 vehicles throughout the year — mostly for oil changes, although I did get a new drive belt installed once. I've regularly gotten great service and coaching about foreseeable issues, which I've found very helpful.
However, 2025 has introduced some significant cost jumps that I find worrisome as a trend, although the inflation very well could be an industry norm. For example, in comparison to oil changes I got just 3 and 6 months ago, prices have increased as follows: oil service (+$5, +20%); oil service parts (+$3.96, +15.2%); shop supply fee (+2, +67%); environmental fee (+$2, +67%).
As an another reviewer recently noted, I also experienced an unexpected shop closure mid-day on a Thursday. I left a voicemail and we managed to sort everything out within an hour thanks to a call back, however, but it might have been a bigger issue if I were on a tighter schedule.
Overall, the trustworthiness and convenience factors still win my household's business — but due to cost increases I'll have to be cautiously optimistic in 2026, I'm afraid.”

“I bought my first set of brand new tires from them last February (2024). Ive come back for my tire rotation and balance when I hit the suggested miles. Every time I come to this location the staff are professional, quick and friendly. Today I came in for my normal rotate and balance, and received the best customer service, which is hard to find in 2025. Apparently last time one of my lug nuts was accidentally cross threaded and snapped my stud on the tires. Since I only come here for tire maintenance it had to have happened here, but accidents happen. They immediately came and told me, showed me the lug nut and provided me with a paper to go get it fixed. Impeccable customer service with a great staff! I will always come back to this place for any tires needs!”

“OK, story time. I recently bought a used 2017 Ford escape se ecoboost 2.0 for what I had originally believed was great price. I then did literally everything right. After the obvious transferring of ownership, it had an oil change, to be expected. Next I took it for a full paid inspection (NOTE! Not Ken Towery) I was told it only needed a battery replaced. I was over the moon. The very next day it dies halfway on to Dixie Highway with oncoming traffic. Week later I am having it towed to Ken towery for even more repairs. I was extremely upset at the place I had gotten inspection. The guys at Ken Towery helped calm me down, explaining that it was quite possible it was just missed. With both repairs we are talking 2600 work of missed stuff. So now, if it does break again (praying it doesn't) but if it does it will come back to Ken Towery. I have MS, safety is top priority for anything I drive, peace of mind is a bonus. Thank you guys so much!”
