It's a great place to workout and the staff is super friendly and works hard to keep it clean too.

The staff is courteous and professional! The work out area is open and spacious with plenty of room to breath and move about. I love the ball court availability as well! Overall an excellent facility to use!

Great place because of hours open! Premiere place for after- hours like the "24 workout"place across town.
