“Best local gym in town! Very clean and organized with a large variety of equipment. The members and staff are always welcoming and easygoing. The gym is never overcrowded so waiting for equipment is never an issue. Recommend it for anyone in the Bowling Green area looking for a real gym.”

“If you're interested in gaining real strength this is the gym to be at. Even if your experience with weight training is 0 the owner and staff have a vast experience and knowledge for beginners and people looking to complete in strength sports. Finding this place not only gave me a gym to train at but a home full of close friends to lift along side.”

“I have been a part of several cross fit, or cross fit like gyms, and Rx Fitness is by far my favorite gym. The coaches are attentive, friendly, and educated in the movements being preformed. Scaling a workout is always an option and the coaches are always finding new ways to better train us on technique to get the most out of our workouts. The members are also amazing! Everyone is there to simply be healthy and grow in strength and be fit. If you're last in a work out, the entire class is cheering for you regardless if they know you are not. I leave the gym everyday with a smile on my face, drenched in sweat, and feeling accomplished.”

“Recently moved my membership here from another gym in town. It was a good move for me. Feels more like an old-school gym and everyone who works here has been great. The other members are welcoming and supportive.”

“We used the meeting rooms which were alright: clean and utilitarian with folding tables and chairs. The noise from the restroom dryer and noisy gym activities were noticeable but not to the level of distracting.”

“THE BEST CROSSFIT COACHING AND FAMILY CAN BE FOUND HERE!!!! My husband and I spent a week vacationing in Bowling Green and decided to drop into Cross Fit Old School. Best decision ever. Erin, her team, and the members were super welcoming and made us feel right at home. I was very impressed with the layout of the facility and the awesome programming. Erin's coaching is top notch, she knows what she's doing. One of the 1st things I noticed on day 1 was everyone, regardless of their strength level, was using PROPER FORM, and she motivated us to challenge ourselves. Erin also demonstrated great alternatives to movements that were above my skill level and coached us on effective techniques to execute at our highest level.I could go on and on. If you live here and you want to join a home that will help you meet your fitness goals, then check out Cross Fit Old School. If you're visiting, drop in.Thanks for having us!!!-Amy & Vincent Robinson”

“Small but mighty, this gym has a little bit of everything for any fitness goal. Extra amenities are by far worth it. Clean, mean, and pristine environment. Staff are nice but not knowledgeable that’s ok it’s a college town.”

“Good Gym everyone is super friendly the staff is very helpful and joyful the day care is also amazing with my two kids but I do feel it's overpriced especially since there's no pool”

“So far so good. Cory at the front desk was polite and helpful. They do the extra mile to help you out. The gym itself is comparable to bigger gym chains like Gold's (or Muv Fitness in SC). No judgement towards the fit people (unlike Planet Fitness - the Walmart of gyms). I like that it's not too crowded. Nice area for lifting - wish the free weights area was a little bigger, but I love the equipment.Update: I've been going to this location ever since I moved to BG - Dec 2019. This one has the better equipment and it's the least crowded. They keep the areas pretty clean and repair the equipment when necessary. Restrooms are new and clean. Recently though (2023) some college kids smell like marijuana & it pisses me off. I know the gym management can't do anything about it, but one time the women's locker smelled like dead skunk & beer (what pot smells like to me) so bad I couldn't stand in there. I actually saw the young girl who brought the 420 aura in the house. Another time, the free weights area had the same issue (some college guy). I despise this smell. This gym feels like home to me & I go there to relax & feel good. This is one of the last few traditional gyms in the area as opposed to the crowded tiny chain gyms and Planet Tznius so it doesn't deserve such members. The staff are still friendly. I've had some bad attitudes from a few members (esp catty out of shape guys gossiping about me w/ their gf then waving at me sarcastically from afar) that's to be expected in the south.”

“Great gym! Employees are all great, gym is kept clean, and they have great equipment and weights. Management has been updating machines lately too and has added some nice ones.”

“amazing gym, some old school equipment you can’t find at commercial gyms. The gym is large and broken into two different spaces so you never feel crowded. Love it here.”

“The staff is friendly! The massage chair is comfortable. There is no separate changing room, but the shower room is so big and you can change your clothes there. The hot water comes fast and I love the rain shower.”
