“I went in on valentines day to get a ring. When i picked one I asked them to test it and the guy at the counter would not test it. He said it was real and that they test ALL of their jewelry for authenticity. The problem is, the ring is FAKE. I called and the manager was very helpful alms even replaced my ring with a more bewitching l beautiful ring. I'm happy”
“My first impression of this location was not very good . The staff seemed rude and were not very helpful but I think it must have been a bad day it was close to closing time and they where a little busy . Since my first encounter I have returned to this shop on three or four other occasions and total 180 the entire staff has been very helpful and friendly they may not pay exactly what you want but they do seem to try and do something for you and if they think you can get a better deal elsewhere they will say so and refer you to who they think can give you a better price for your item I highly recommend this location if you are in need of quick cash for gold or firearms tools or electronics they will help you out”
“For the most part very friendly on the visits I had. Slow on getting to customers and helping them, and they are decent on prices with pawn at times and sometimes they don't want to give you anything for items worth something, but all in all a 4 star cause I had decent experience with my visits.”
