Their merchandise definitely seems pretty solid!! The staff was very pleasant and helpful so that's a super plus and they work with you as far as prices! I got this laptop for 90 bucks!!! “I purchased a theremin, which is a kind of obscure musical instrument that uses interrupted electromagnetic fields to create sound. It’s kind of like an actual air guitar. Anyway, it was a great deal. The family that runs this shop runs like a family business should. They were decent, honest, friendly, and gave me a good deal. I highly recommend them.”

“I started emailing Raphael on Sunday about a firearm they had for sale on armslist. I asked him what his bottom dollar was and he said he would get back with me Monday and much to my surprise he actually did. I say surprise because these days that is not a common occurrence to have someone make the effort to reach out themselves. So he came back with his bottom dollar amount on Monday and as far as I was concerned the deal was struck then. Raphael and the staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and courteous and the gun I received was better than described. I could not be happier with my new firearm and the experience of buying through Ted’s Pawn Shop. “My first impression of this location was not very good . The staff seemed rude and were not very helpful but I think it must have been a bad day it was close to closing time and they where a little busy . Since my first encounter I have returned to this shop on three or four other occasions and total 180 the entire staff has been very helpful and friendly they may not pay exactly what you want but they do seem to try and do something for you and if they think you can get a better deal elsewhere they will say so and refer you to who they think can give you a better price for your item I highly recommend this location if you are in need of quick cash for gold or firearms tools or electronics they will help you out”
“I went in on valentines day to get a ring. When i picked one I asked them to test it and the guy at the counter would not test it. He said it was real and that they test ALL of their jewelry for authenticity. The problem is, the ring is FAKE. I called and the manager was very helpful alms even replaced my ring with a more bewitching l beautiful ring. I'm happy”
