121 Banjo St, Bardstown“I love this place! I've gone here for years for tire and brake needs. They are always so accommodating and prompt with service. A while back, my new driver had to go there on her own, and they went above and beyond to help her and make her feel comfortable. Recently, I completely broke down. Even though they didn't have any appointments, they allowed me to have it towed there until they could get to it. Originally, I was told it would be a week before they could get to it; however, I was surprised when they called me the next day with what my issue was and how much the repair would be. I can't imagine going anywhere else!”
“Very fast about oil change checked and topped off all my fluids and checked my tire pressure very far on the price of things very friendly works and the new mechanic they have is great and fast and knows what he’s doing”

120 W John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown“Since 2015, Franklin Family Chevrolet in Bardstown, KY has been my go to when my vehicles need servicing and I am always treated with courtesy! Give them a try!”
“We traveled to KY for a family reunion from MO. We ended up getting a screw in our tire and had taken the truck somewhere else to be fixed (Walmart). They made us wait 4+ hours just to say they "couldn't fix it" and broke a lug-nut on my wheel. We took the truck to Big-O and the manager got us right in. He even patched our wheel at no charge for all the issues the other place had put us through. Would definitely recommend, great customer service and we really appreciated your store’s kindness! Thank you, Big-O!!”
“Went in initially for a hat I thought was a front cover end alignment but ended up being something less and cheaper thanks guys. They made sure my vehicle was took care of and not charging for what I didn’t need.

“I am fairly new in town and couldn’t seem to find a reliable well priced place to take my car. This place was responsive and kept me updated with when they would have the issues resolved. Very well priced and they don’t try to up charge for labor costs.”
