We were driving down the road when the RV tire started leaking air and we discovered the stem was leaking (as luck would have it, we had the exact same problem yesterday on another tire). He was so kind and helpful in fixing the issue and keeping us updated during every step of the process on what he was doing and why. Got us back on the road in a little under an hour. Thank you!”
