Jerard was great, he spent over an hour on the phone making sure that I got to keep my number from straight talk. Through multiple people and multiple calls he was able to get the job done. I got a new phone and was able to keep my number so I am very happy

Was very friendly and helpful made the normally long process of getting a new phone alot shorter and easier too understand last time I got a new phone it took almost 2 hours this time we were in and out in less than a hour 10/10 will buy from agian ?
