The location inside the mall has very friendly staff members. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist with the issue created by another location.. so, I'm not too happy about that.. not their fault though!

Very smooth visit. I had recently moved two lines from Verizon to T-Mobile and decided to try their 5G home Internet service. Store was clean and quiet. Friendly people. I feel like the reps actually care about what I want and go above and beyond to help me. Best customer service I've had at a phone store.
