He’s friendly and very helpful. Stop giving your money to big box stores and support local. The pet food is cheaper because they sell natural foods that do not spend money on advertising so they are able to sell their products at a lower rate. Check them out!”

“Cutie was my childhood cat and therefore VERY old, Dr. Beetch was very good at calming my anxious mother and I and helping us know what was best to help her until it was her time. I'm very thankful to have had her then and have her now as a Doctor for my cats. She's very kind to my current baby Jasper, he has a great time going to visit Dr. Beetch (and opening the cabinets to try and find treats). Here's a picture of him being healthy and a clown”

“Whoever screens the employee applicants does a great job. Always a top notch visit. There is always someone available to answer questions. They are always polite and leave the customer with the feeling that they are really appreciated. Hard to find this kind of service anymore. Always helpful. Always responsive to any and all questions. They appear to enjoy their jobs, even though the pay can't possibly be that great. I have never had a bad, or below average visit to this particular store location. I have never brought my dog in for any reason because it is a pretty good distance from where we live, but I would not hesitate if we lived closer.”

I even bought a Planter’s brand and they don’t even compare to Valley Feed and Seeds. Go and try them, as you will be so glad you did.”

So we didn't',t need that much dog food by any means.We told them the situation on our arrival at the store and they had no problem with us returning it and there were no questions asked.You just don't get that to happen very often these days.The employees were very kind and courteous and very helpful. “My friend's dog went to Spay & Neuter for a spay. The vet noticed something wrong with the dog, so they ordered testing. Test confirmed a very aggressive inoperable throat cancer. My friend was very sad and Spay & Neuter Kansas was there for her every step. They even reimbursed the money she had paid. Way to go Spay & Neuter Kansas! I highly recommend.”

“I had a run of the mill transaction here. My experience was not one that would make me go out of my way to shop here, but it was pleasant enough that I will be back to shop here for my pet needs. I did feel bad for the cashier though because it was cold when I shopped there (low 30s with wind) and the poor cashier has to stand where constant cold air was blowing in. We had a cold snap last month where temps were single digits, windchill below zero. I can't imagine standing at the cash register with that cold of air constantly blowing in. Temperature control is a little lacking inside the store, at least at checkout. Updated to four stars for todays transaction. I had a very pleasant experience at this store today with the employees at checkout when I had to process a return.”
