“Decided to upgrade the tires to my 2023 Chevrolet Blazer. After researching, I decided on the Continental Cross Contact LX25 tires. I also decided to patronize a local family automotive business. Business lobby was exceptionally clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. They installed my tires that I ordered from them, in a very reasonable amount of time. They even made sure that my wheels were in proper alignment. New vehicle wheels are often out of alignment from the vehicle shipping process. They did find that both of my passenger side tires were out of alignment by 1%. This was remedied and they reset the TPMS sensor's as well. After installation, I thought the new tires looked very good. I took a short trip up to Halstead and ate, and then returned home. The new tires were smoother and soaked up road imperfections better than the OEM tires. Overall very happy with my purchase and decision to get my tires from a local family business, as opposed to a national chain outlet.”

“My first time going to valvoline to change my oil, the guy was a gentlemen and super sweet and as a girl I don’t know anything about cars or what could be wrong with it. Travis gave me my battery update on my car let me know about my filter & put air in my tires and also gave me the best options that would work for my car,etc. he was super helpful, would definitely recommend going there, he did not make me feel any less of not knowing anything !!!!”

“I took my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander with 126K miles in for an overall inspection. Cost me about $50 & the report was very thorough, with photos of everything they were recommending needed attention. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. They helped me decide to keep my car now that I feel that I have mechanics who are ethical .Very satisfied with the services I received.”
“Making an online oil change appointment was very easy although am not sure it made it through to them cause I checked in at 920 (930 appointment) but didn’t get in til 1030 and out the door by 11. I will chock it up to them being busy. Price was better than most ($60). Staff was friendly. For my first time here the experience was fine and will probably being vehicles here.”

Was pleased with the price of the Oil Change and how quick they were since they were fully booked in the garage, and there were 3 vehivles paeked ahead of me on top of that.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is b/c they say they will vacuum. In doing so, it would have been nice if they had done Both front seat areas and not just the drivers side. I was also told they top off fluids, and that didn't happen either.”
