Doctors Beth and Deb are wonderful, and do not apply a 'one size fits all' to the treatment of animals. They truly look at every case uniquely, and give you information to allow you to make an informed decision.”

“Everyone at Oxford has been compassionate and caring. We came in new to the clinic with a very sick cat. Dr. Gaugh explained everything in terms I could understand, offered multiple options for care, and was very honest about everything, including costs and benefits. She clearly explained all instructions, and provided written notes and articles each visit. Even though we did not have the outcome we wanted, I feel we did everything we could, and feel peace knowing that we weighed all our options with enough information.
I also know that everyone on staff truly cares about our kitty while he was there.”

When you think of people who have the most gracious and caring hearts for animals, these are the people that fall in that description.
Additionally, Dr. Wegele displays the most meticulous work and is very detailed and precise with how he runs his care and his office.
Lastly, to someone who always has the most welcoming voice over the phone and works urgently in your time of need. He is also very thorough and has fantastic follow up. But what I really love the most, is when it’s not busy, he will swing the door open and give you the biggest smile greeting you and your pet. And on days it is busy, that smile is still on display. That is Ted. Your a true gem!
If you want the very best for your pet, I would recommend Santa Fe Pet Clinic time and time again. Hands down.”

“Nothing but good things to say about this location. Sent my kitty, Cheeb, here after discovering he had a UTI. (He's prone to them) I've had my boy since he was a kitten back in 2014 and seeing him in pain gutted me. I didn't want my boy to suffer but I wasn't sure where to go. Thankfully, I sent my boy to Blackbob and they took such amazing care of him. We've got a new baby at home so funds are tight, but Blackbob worked with us financially so that we could care for our sweet boy. I am so grateful for the care they extended to our Cheeby. He was nothing but purrs when he got home, and I could tell he felt so much better. Thank you for your wonderful care, Blackbob. My family and Cheeby boy appreciate it <3”

“New to the area, I 'shopped around' for a new vet to take my cats. After researching numerous reviews and listening to countless recommendations from neighbors and colleagues, I scheduled with VCA Olathe, and I'm glad I did. While my beloved C Michelle passed away from liver failure 1 week prior to the appointment, I kept the scheduled exam for her sister, my sweet C Marie. VCA was very professional and sensitive to my situation and handeled everything from confirming the appointment to answering my numerous questions with care. My good intial impression was enhanced upon entering the facility, which was clean and welcoming. We were met by Susanne at the front desk who greeted us on time and showed us to the exam room. Shortly thereafter, tech Lori entered and did weight check, reviewed records, etc on C Marie and thoroughly explained the exam process and vaccinations that were due. And OMGoodness!, I can't say enough about Dr Henne. She was soooo caring and sweet in her handling of C Marie, explaining everything in layperson terms that I could easily understand. Another tech/assistant helped trim C Marie's nails (a service that was recommended but not PUSHED on me, which I appreciate) that was also very dear. When learning of the needed teeth cleaning my girl needed, Lori explained the entire process, reviewed financials, and even let me see the area in the back where it would be preformed (to be scheduled at a later date) They even gave us a 'welcome bag' with a new cat toy and complimentary next dose of Revelution+. Dr Henne did more than just 'exam' C Marie, she pet and even offered her treats, which is the best way to acclimate my girl to new people and surroundings. I'm a very protective 'mommy' to my girl as she has special needs being an amputee, and I will not hesitate to make Dr Henne and the team at VCA Olathe her new vet and will highly recommend them to everyone.”

“This was the best vet experience I've had in the area! We tried another vet nearby, but we were left wanting more. Here, though, everyone who was there was so good to my rescue dog, Demi. I brought her in to check up on some rough-looking teeth, and marked on their website that I wanted to know about cost before treatment. The entire time, the staff were upfront about pricing and pretty detailed on what different treatments would do. They gave me a recommendation for a dentist and helped me get her started on heart worm meds. I've only been here once but I had such a great experience that I just had to share. Seriously, thank you to the Santa Fe staff!”

“I don't understand how Petco store in Hutchinson, Kansas, can ban a dog from the grooming department. I am not the owner of the purebred German Shepherd. I took it to be groomed and asked the dog to be shampooed and to trim under the dog's belly and behind the dog's legs. The owner was shocked to see that Petco had shaved his dog. My husband and I have been so pleased with the care that she’s given Harley, our 14 yr old Brittany. We have taken all of our Brittany’s and cats to Stilwell Animal Hospital and been very happy. But Dr Kriley and her staff have taken this clinic to a whole new level of professionalism and customer service. The most recent example is that we needed medicine for Harley while on vacation and she shipped it to us! Outstanding service!!! Love this clinic!”
