“There's really no reason to search anywhere else for an honest, ethical, affordable, reliable mechanic. Old school customer service (I say old school in a positive way), hard work ethic and fast service. I worked with Tim and I felt comfortable that he was telling me the truth and giving me a reasonable price. I don't really care what part of the KC metro area you live in, they are worth the drive to Merriam, KS for their services. They are located off I-35 and 67th Street on the frontage road, or you can also get there off Shawnee Mission Parkway. Highly recommend.”

“The manager was very polite and did not try to sell me any services or products that my car did not need. I went in initially thinking my car needed brakes and ordered a brake replacement as well as replacement of all 4 tires, your associate offered a brake inspection instead and informed me that my brakes were in no need of replacement. My tires did need replaced and I was shown a very nice mid-range tire which I chose as replacements.
Bottom line, your associate treated me with respect and saved me hundreds of dollars on un-needed repairs.
I will be returning to this location for future service of my car and will be recommending it to my friends and family.”

Tires balanced with a $24 inspection, to know & have the reassurance my car is safe to be on the road! Knowing my poor little reliable baby is NOT NEW, I was expecting the manager, Nick to give a laundry list of repairs….Nope!

Luckily it was a fairly inexpensive repair compared to the alternative, which was a new transmission. They were honest about what was really going on with it and didn't try to scam me into a lot of unnecessary repairs. So I know they're honest. Only issue was it took three weeks to get my appointment. But this tells me they are very busy, and for good reason. They are trusted and do good work.”
