I have been doing Pilates for about 8 months now, a combination of Mat and Reformers practice. I have visited at least 5 different reformers studios in this time and nothing compares to The Body Lab in my opinion. The Megaformer is an amazing resistance challenge, and the staff is so well versed in how to properly pace and cue a class. The workout always leaves me feeling so physically strong and mentally calm from the focus on individual muscle groups. I don't care what's happening in my week, I'm going to have a class scheduled here! Thanks for all you do to the instructors that make this such a great part of my day.

I love this place and the Managing Partners Jena and Mike Green are wonderful, authentic people! I started in December 2021 doing private classes with Jena and I plan to slowly transition into group classes soon. The class design and types of movement exercises are perfect for anyone, regardless of your age, fitness level or health status. I just tried my first group class 2 weeks ago and it was such a great workout! I was able to follow along without any issues, and I appreciated the judgement-free, positive environment, in addition to the individualized instructions and options/modifications.While all the trainers are wonderful, Jena is simply amazing! She is such a kind human who truly actively listened to me from Day 1. She took the time to provide an individualized treatment plan for me to get back in shape and I have lost almost 50 pounds so far! She is so inspiring, giving and motivating. With Jena’s talent, intelligence and flexible training workouts, she is able to provide me the best workouts for my complex health situation; not many people can do that, but Jena never gives up on me and always wants the best for me.I plan to continue on my health journey with The Body Lab and I can’t wait to see where it takes me! I am forever grateful and I appreciate the individualized, compassionate care. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I have been going a little over a year. It took me about 5-10 classes to get the hang of things, but The Body Lab offers a motivational and judgement-free environment with individualized instruction even during the group classes. I am glad I tried it, because it is a great, low-impact work out and I am stronger than I have been in years. All the instructors are knowledgeable in exercise science and always offer modifications to the exercises- either to make easier or harder! Highly recommend!

I have been taking classes for several years and it is the best workout to build your core and maintain muscle and strength. The classes are low impact and go by so fast. After a few sessions you feel stronger and can see results. The instructors are great, very friendly and encouraging.
