Their selection of bolts and fasteners is one of the widest and best in the city. It's great having them located smack dab in the middle of the city and right off the interstate.”

“My Ego Lawnmower needed repairs. I brought it in and left it for the mechanic to look at the next day. I figured it would be a few days. “This is one of my favorite places in Kansas City. Bulk spices, (unique ones at that!), flower seeds, feed for animals, gift sets for everyone in the family, and gorgeous flowers in the spring, summer and fall! They have fun trinkets and things you can actually use for your yard or farm and it's all located in a delightful old building with wood floors that still creak and the architecture is absolutely marvelous to look at while shopping! Please pick up some of their dip mixes- they are awesome for chips/ veggies or even just to marinate with! Have fun!”

“Been going here for years. I went here with it my dad growing up. I was in scouts with the current owner the son. Both of our dads have passed. If u need knowledge or something fixed and want family owed this is your business. He can fix anything. Also they sell stilh products and service. Always in-stock and if u need that odd ball nut or belt or whatever come here and stay away from the big box. I forgot they also have rakes shovels lube etc.. come check out the show room and look around u will find what your looking for. To the business thank u for the first at least 35 yrs or so and to the next hopefully 30 yrs!!!”

“Stopped at this location to look for flowers. Before I went in I made one more attempt to call the 800 customer service number to see why I never received any coupons for my birthday. They gave me the same lame excuse from last month and said they were in the mail. There were no carts in the greenhouse and the cashier whom I found out to be Cindy gladly went into the store and brought me a cart. When I went to check out I told her about my problem of never receiving anything in the mail. She looked up my account and realized my address was totally wrong. She corrected it right away. She is a keeper.”
