They do exactly what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, only after walking you through every step of the process. That alone shows they care about you and your pet, and will work tirelessly to find a solution. While being a specialist, we've found the prices to be incredibly reasonable. Having a satellite office up north is a godsend for us. We look forward to continuing working with VADC in the coming months and years.”

Once you try this vet you will never bring your pet anywhere else. You'll love them and you babies will love them. Its a vet with all the perks, check ups, online pet shop, surgeries, boarding, grooming and so much more. Very reasonably prices.

“Everyone at Oxford has been compassionate and caring. We came in new to the clinic with a very sick cat. Dr. Gaugh explained everything in terms I could understand, offered multiple options for care, and was very honest about everything, including costs and benefits. She clearly explained all instructions, and provided written notes and articles each visit. Even though we did not have the outcome we wanted, I feel we did everything we could, and feel peace knowing that we weighed all our options with enough information.
I also know that everyone on staff truly cares about our kitty while he was there.”
“I had a wonderful experience today at this place! First time there and I came in with a 6 week old puppy that had been abandoned out in the country. They got her in same day and first time ever seeing us. They loved on the puppy and were so helpful and informative they even waived some of the costs to help because of the situation she was found in and not really being my dog. This is a place that truly cares about pets! I will now be moving my 3 dogs to be treated here instead of my local vet! It’s so nice to find vets that truly care!”

“Dr. Probst was a little off-putting, and IMO tried to semi-guilt trip me into more expensive testing that I could get performed at my vet within 12 hours when they were opened.That said, I am sure being a night ER vet is tough, and he did let me dictate the appropriate care for my dog in order to stabilize him until his vet opened (fluids and other meds). Besides the $350 walk-in charge (ERs cannot exist for free unfortunately), the prices were actually not that much higher than my vet for the tx we did (although the suggested imaging is 1/4 the price at my vet, so we waited).All in all, $540 on a Sunday night/Mon. AM and probably helped my dog hang on until we could follow-up at his vet later that day. So, I can't complain. Expensive, yes. But got us through. Thank you Dr. Probst and Hawthorne Animal hospital!”
“Very professional and caring. My elderly cat had to be put down, they let me stay with him as long as I wanted to say goodbye. A few days later I received his paw print laminated , a little bottle of his long fur and a sympathy card which was very unexpected. I would definitely recommend it, we went there in the past for grooming appointments and office visits as well.”

It is also very good that there are cameras in the place from which you can monitor your pet's activity. In addition, the entry requirements for pets are adequate to ensure that they are vaccinated and thus avoid the spread of diseases or parasites. It is the trusted daycare for my pets.”
“We have been to quite a few Banfields through our many moves and travels but I have to say this is my favorite location. The team they have is amazing and understanding. My shepard is the sweetest girl everywhere… except the vet and she turns into an absolute terror. They work quickly for her so we can get in and out fast and are always very understanding here which has not always been the case with many other vets. Taylor is the best vet tech around, I literally sign in relief when I see she’s there when we walk in. Thanks Banfield Metcalf team!”

“Overland Park Animal Control took one of the colony cats, Barney, from my apartment complex to Wycliff after Barney sustained major injuries on property. The doctor made the decision to try to save him since I was willing to assume responsibility for Barney’s care once the city released him after the mandatory 5 day stray hold. They were extremely kind and patient with Barney and I, both. None of us were sure he was going to make it but two months later Barney is nearly 100% again. I’ve worked with Wycliff on a couple of other rescue related cases and have been extremely grateful for their no nonsense approach to thorough veterinary care.”
