I have been a customer for 60 years and I have had problems with this bank before, however; this one is rude and uncalled for. I have left 3 very easy to handle request messages. All I want is a return call. If you are that busy maybe you should not offer to return calls.

I've been banking with umb for 17 years and I'm seriously thinking about changing banks. I accidentally left my debit card in the atm at this branch. I called the next day to see if it was left and wasn't. I ordered a new card and asked if it could be overnighted to me and she said that will cost me $20, otherwise it'll be 5-7 business days. REALLY?!? Most banks print out a new card on sight! She said she'd ask the manager to waive the fee, and that didn't happen! It should happen every time it's asked. I ordered it last Wednesday and it's still not here on Monday due to no mail on Juneteenth! VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, TO SAY THE LEAST!!! SERIOUSLY???

The company I work for has their account here. Slowest bank ever. Twenty plus minutes for a simple deposit. Every time. Ridiculous. If this were a personal account it would have been closed a long time ago.

I had 3 savings accounts here (2 were for my children, one for my spouse and I) that were all "no touch" accounts. UMB started charging me $3.00 per month for inactivity. I called to inquire and they said it's a charge for abandoned accounts. I assured them have not abandoned my money. I just don't touch that account. I was told a phone call was all I needed to touch base and avoid the charge however apparently I have to call them on a monthly basis because they were still charging each account $3.00 month for nothing! And they did not reverse the charge when I called. This is insane. It's a savings account. Closed all accounts and my safe deposit box with them too!
