“Outstanding service on every visit. No one wants to buy tires and most of all, no one wants to feel like they've been taken advantage of when they have to buy them. These guys are no nonsense, professional and offer very fair pricing. I had a set of tires shipped in for our Bronco and they mounted and balanced all five in record time. Usually when installing a 35" or bigger tire, you expect things to have a little vibration, not one bit. They used the right socket for my custom wheels, made sure everything was perfect and helped me load my old tires I was keeping back into my vehicle. On a second visit, my Mach-E needed a flat repair and for the fix a flat to be cleaned out of the tire. Most shops said that they didn't do that type of work and wouldn't touch it. These guys had me out of there in less than 30 minutes just before closing time. They respected my time and my need to get this repaired quickly and didn't even flinch at the fact that I couldn't make it to them until just before they were closing (I really hate doing that to anyone). Everyone from the person I spoke to from the person writing my service ticket to the techs in the shop were friendly and professional. I can't say enough about the ownership that has take the time to train, teach and employ people that truly care about the work they are doing. It seems that it's getting harder and harder to find people that care about the customer, but here, you're going to get service that is above and beyond. Thank you so much!”

“Adam was a pleasure to deal with. I had been dealing with dealerships telling me I needed to do thousands of dollars of work. I reached out to Adam and told him what I had done to my vehicle thus far. He was able to look at it and diagnose one of the issues with the vehicle, Fixed that and keep on digging in his own time.
Found a few other issues that we are addressing asap.
He was thorough and on top of contact with me. Even stayed after hours for me to come speak to him about his findings. He explained to my wife what was going on in great detail also.
Great person to meet. Would like to provide him with more business any chance I can get.
Today it’s hard to find a mechanic whom likes what they do and will tell the truth about what needs to be done to your vehicle. Not at all trying to push you to get the work done that day. He even took some discount off due to we wanted to discuss what we wanted to do on a timeline. That’s his own hard earned money. Much respect for him and his business.”

“The shop was able to identify why my car was pulling to the left, replaced part of the front suspension, and align the wheels. All of this took a reasonable amount of time, and they offered a very fair price. I work remotely, and they suggested the JOCO public library, which was a great working space and is practically next door. Highly recommend these mechanics!”

“I rolled into Fry's late Friday afternoon bc my engine light was on and my car was having a hard time starting - I was panicking bc I was leaving for a road trip at the crack of dawn the next day. The two guys were spread thin, but said they would at least check to see if it was the battery. They were so nice, professional and helpful. They replaced my battery and my engine light went off, car started perfectly and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. They could have easily blown me off saying I needed an appointment, it's the end of the day, blah, blah, but they were so willing to try and help. I am very impressed. I WILL be back! Plus, the place is very clean and tidy.”

“I have been to this location twice now and both experiences have been great. The first time was to get all new tires. The second was just yesterday 7/23/24 due to getting a flat after running over some sort of construction debris on 69. From the time I pulled in to the time I was leaving with a new tire was under 30 minutes. It was another great experience. I will definitely continue to use this location and recommend them as well”

“After going to multiple Firestone stores in the metro area and being disappointed I somehow landed on this one. That was years ago and it has been my choice and often recommended store since. As a woman it's important to me not to feel that I am being talked down to or somehow scammed. These guys are knowledgeable and give honest opinions. I even took the recommendation of the manager, Jeremiah, for a dealership at which to purchase cars. I'm very happy with that recommendation! Update: June 24. My experience at the store last fall after all of the guys I had worked with for years were gone was a terrible experience. Definitely a "she's a woman, she won't know any better" experience. But I did know better and I went somewhere else. Now I am happy to say that individual is no longer there and the excellent new manager, Geoff, once again inspires confidence that I will be treated right and honestly! “Samantha Byrd was very helpful and friendly with my car emergency.Lots of road work being done on Antioch road, hit a really bad pothole that caused my rim/tire to blow up. Samantha recommended a few towing services that would tow my car to Firestone.She gave me the quote on the work to be done on my car and communicated any other issues found while performing the work done on my car. They were able to fix my car within the same day. I would highly recommend Sam!”
