“Shocked! I had a vibration and knew it was probably the rotors. They said they thought it was the back which I agreed to repair. When I went to pick it up, they had also done the front for no additional cost! They said they wanted to honor the quote and that it still wasn’t perfect after the rear was done! Who does that? It’s so hard to find an honest place that really has integrity. I trust the guys at this Firestone. It’s the second time now that I’ve had a great experience there! I’d recommend checking them out if you are in need of a good place.”

I dropped it off same day, and they were very up front that they were short-staffed, but they would be able to get to it the next day, Monday. Got a call Monday afternoon to inform me of what the problem was, quote the fix, and I could have picked up my car early Tuesday morning if I hadn't had to wait until after work. Overall, great service.”
