The entire process, from booking to pick-up/drop off, was seamless. The crew was professional, friendly and one of the main reasons I will book with Enterprise again. Everyone at the Metcalf location deserves recognition for their excellent service!

Wonderful customer service from everyone one here. It can be easy to “just do the job” and forget that there are people standing in front of you that are having a hard time - recent car crash, concussion, lost their car, etc - but I found that everyone here was really helpful. Thank you!

The ease of finding the car requested... the Enterprise we first called did not have car and informed me where I could go to rent the car requested ...the transaction was easy and handled professionally by all reps.
