“Dillard's Makeup counter:
I visited Dillard's during Black Friday just browsing around, not really intending to make any big purchases. I was pleasantly surprised when Alina approached me to ask if I needed assistance—she was the only one who did. I explained that I was struggling with cystic acne and melasma, and at 51 years old, I've been feeling really self-conscious about my skin on my face. I also mentioned my allergy to citric acid, which makes finding suitable skincare products incredibly challenging.
Alina was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She suggested a mini facial and a free makeover, which initially made me hesitant. My skin is so discolored, and I had a couple of cysts that I’d hidden with makeup. The thought of removing it made me nervous. However, Alina made me feel comfortable, explaining every step of the process, the products she was using, and how they could help.
When she finished, I was absolutely amazed by the transformation—it was like magic! My skin looked so much better, and the makeup was perfectly matched to my complexion. For the first time in a long time, I felt good about how I looked. My husband even complimented my makeup, which is a rare occasion!
The only hiccup was at checkout. Someone broke glass, and Alina had to step away to address it. While she called for help, it seemed like there was an issue getting assistance, which pulled her away from me as a paying customer. I feel that another associate who wasn’t busy could have handled the situation instead.
That said, Alina’s expertise, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out. I highly recommend her for skincare advice and makeup color correction. She made a huge difference in how I feel about my appearance, and I’ll definitely return for her help in the future.”
“It's a great place for art supplies, candy, gifts, and electronic gizmos. The place can be a mess, but it's not necessarily their fault. As a lot of retail stores seem to have children come in all ages, and just throw things everywhere.”

“It is a good spot for finding a variety of branded items at lower prices. With new items coming in frequently, there’s always something fresh to discover. The store layout sometimes feels a bit disorganized, but worth a visit.”

“Burlington is a great place to find household items, gifts, and everything in between. The store may get a bit messy because it's popular, but it's always clean. Customer service is usually great. I ran a couple of errands and decided to go into Burlington. It turned into an uncomfortable experience shortly after I walked through the door. The store closes at 11, I walked in at 10:39 already planning on a real quick run through, which I made crystal clear when initially asked if I needed anything by a blonde woman who appeared to be the manager. I was the only customer in the store and she approached me multiple times. I was trying to look at jewelry for my mother, beauty products for a friend, etc; she followed me around to ask if I needed anything two more times. As she was trying to rush me and disguise it as customer service, she was also being counterproductive by making my trip take longer than I had planned. While I was in the household section, I hear her on the handheld radio announcing my presence and previous locations. Getting a head count would make sense for a closing manager, but adding the departments I had been previously in only further shows she was following me around. I reassured her co-worker that I was almost done. That lady and the cashier were as nice as can be. I was in the store for about 15 minutes, which would have been less had the manager been professional.”
“Very wide variety of stuff you can get here. The store itself was very clean and welcoming, with no stains or messes on the floor. The self-checkout machines were also clean and worked perfectly.
Employees were very friendly and were glad to help us. Bathrooms were very hygenic and clean also.
The target also has a big parking lot with over 50 available parking spots for your cars.
We come here regularly since we live near here, and we never had a bad experience at this target location.”

“The picture Google is using for the front of this Walmart is very old. It has been completely renovated inside and out and now does grocery pick up. The layout of the store is much nicer too.”

“Target, located on 122nd and Blue Valley Parkway in Overland Park, KS, is a Mega Grocery and Department Store. Located across from COSTCO, both places require comfortable shoes, as there is a lot to see. Wide aisles, well lighted, clean with few staff to assist, so be prepared to search and discover. Clearance racks and shelves throughout the store. Ample Parking. Both Disabled Parking and Disabled Entryway. 7-15-2023. Mgb.”

“Although the customer service counter seemed to move very slowly, once it was my turn, my pickup order was ready and accurate. This is my first pickup order experience at any JCPENNEY and I appreciated how easy it was. It would be nice to have a separate line for pickups so that orders that are already paid for can get priority service over someone with a giant load of returns/purchases who takes 15+ minutes at the counter. Once you find the entrance, the parking is convenient and plentiful on the top level of the parking structure.”
