“This is one of the closer locations to me so I go here more often than not. The store is always clean and well organized for the most part. It's TJ Maxx so you never know what you might find, which is part of the fun.The lines have been long lately but it's been holiday shopping time and they move them at a pretty fast and efficient pace. The cashiers are normally friendly and professional.The last time I called looking for an item the lady on the phone was rude. She seemed "put out" by my inquiry regarding an item I was looking for and the status of whether it was in stock or not. I don't even think she looked because she put me on hold and quickly took me off saying they didn't have the item. This is speculation if course.Anywho, I normally have a good shopping experience here and it's in a location where there's plenty of other options so you can potentially get all your shopping done nearby. Which is always nice!”

“Shopped here while the dog was at the groomer. Of course I found a few items I "needed". ? Truly though I needed new towels and they had beautiful designs, high quality material and great pricing.I also found a beautiful fleece Disney Mermaid blanket for my daughter who's home from college. Can't wait to gift it to her.The check out line was long but the staff moved quickly and handled the line with great efficiency. It's holiday time so crowds are expected.The cashier who assisted me was Eli. He was very personable and professional. He was patient with me when I decided to put back a couple of things due to budget. He also handled the entire interaction with a smile ? He put the "cherry ? on top" of a great shopping experience.”
“Big Lots is one of my favorite places. If you see something you like you better buy it because they might not have the same item next week. I like their towels and curtains. Most of the people who work there are quite nice and helpful.”

“Great buys! But only 2 cashiers for Christmas time is by far, not enough. Great service by the cahiers. I felt bad for them, though, I'm sure overworked and underpaid. The store was trashed because the public didn't seem to care they trashed the store, leaving merchandise like clothes scattered all over the floor. We know the employees will work late to clean it all up, only to repeat the next day. They need raises!”

“This store is absolutely beautiful. Someone clearly works there making sure the merchandise is presented with style and grace. There are no clothes on the floor and everything is organized incredibly well. I would give five stars for the store alone, but the customer service needs a lot of love. In the women's section on floor one it is nearly impossible to find a sales associate. This afternoon I encountered a sales associate in the women's dress section that was rude beyond belief. I won't go into details but if I see her again at this Dillard's location I will walk the other way. Most sales team members are kind and helpful but I wish they were more plentiful and visible. Overall I really love Dillard's and I'll be back but with the hope that I find more helpful and friendly employees that are easily found.”
