I heartily mean this 5 star review. I had been to a couple other mechanics and this was easily the best experience. They were very clear about the pricing and expectations when I initially called in. They were very very kind. I'm pretty sure Louis alone is responsible for 75% of the 5-star reviews on here. He was patient, responsible, and took the time I needed to really explain everything I could expect, answer all my questions, and explain what work had been done at the end. He seems to really really like his job. They did great work on my car. My issues were pretty simple, but they took care of them quickly and I'm happy with the results. Overall, they were very communicative and patient over the phone and in person. The inspection report was very thorough and included several pictures. Mitchell was personable and respectful. They seem to really care about each of the customers I saw them interact with. As a woman, it can be difficult to find a mechanic I'm comfortable with. But I will 100% be returning here. Highly recommend.”

“As a 25 year old girl, I admittedly know nothing about cars and have always hated taking my car in for repairs. It's common to be talked down to, not have things explained to you, and given incorrect information in order to sell you things you don't need. At Paul's, I have never had this experience. I always feel like I am being taken care of by a family member, regardless of who is helping me that day! They are honest, fair and timely. The total is always less than I expect it to be, and they take the time to explain what they did (I even learn something new about my car most times!). I would definitely recommend!”

“The shop was able to identify why my car was pulling to the left, replaced part of the front suspension, and align the wheels. All of this took a reasonable amount of time, and they offered a very fair price. I work remotely, and they suggested the JOCO public library, which was a great working space and is practically next door. Highly recommend these mechanics!”
“Adam was a pleasure to deal with. I had been dealing with dealerships telling me I needed to do thousands of dollars of work. I reached out to Adam and told him what I had done to my vehicle thus far. He was able to look at it and diagnose one of the issues with the vehicle, Fixed that and keep on digging in his own time.
Found a few other issues that we are addressing asap.
He was thorough and on top of contact with me. Even stayed after hours for me to come speak to him about his findings. He explained to my wife what was going on in great detail also.
Great person to meet. Would like to provide him with more business any chance I can get.
Today it’s hard to find a mechanic whom likes what they do and will tell the truth about what needs to be done to your vehicle. Not at all trying to push you to get the work done that day. He even took some discount off due to we wanted to discuss what we wanted to do on a timeline. That’s his own hard earned money. Much respect for him and his business.”
“The whole process was very quick. I got right in and I was out of there in a very short period of time. In contrast, at Walmart I ended up walking out after waiting 2 hours. Another advantage of jiffy lube over the various fast oil change places is they do tire rotations as well as oil changes.”
