“Best mechanic I have ever used. I highly recommend using them. I took both my cars to get serviced and they gave me fair and reasonable quotes. They even reduced the price of one because it took less labor hours, I have never heard of a mechanic doing that. The second car had an issue, and they took the extra step of figuring out that this issue was under warranty and I could get it done for free at the dealership, instead of from them. For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars and always feels like the mechanic is trying to scam me, I truly felt they had my best intentions and were just trying to do honest work and help people with their cars.”

“I cannot say enough about my experience at Premier Volvo! My city does not have a Volvo dealership so I had to travel a couple of hours to go to a certified dealer. After talking to several within a couple hours of me, I chose Premier due to the responsiveness of their team, and I am so glad I did! I purchased a certified pre-owned Volvo XC90, and I worked with Corie. She was so helpful and wonderful! I traded in my Subaru, and got a very fair price for it. As I was leaving with my new car, I noticed one of my charging ports was not working, and they immediately pulled it into service, and when they realized they couldn’t get it fixed that day, they sent me home (3 hours away) in a new loaner vehicle and delivered my vehicle to
Me (3 hours away!) once fixed at no cost. Incredible customer service, and I LOVE my Volvo! Will definitely buy here again when the time comes!”

I heartily mean this 5 star review. I had been to a couple other mechanics and this was easily the best experience. They were very clear about the pricing and expectations when I initially called in. They were very very kind. I'm pretty sure Louis alone is responsible for 75% of the 5-star reviews on here. He was patient, responsible, and took the time I needed to really explain everything I could expect, answer all my questions, and explain what work had been done at the end. He seems to really really like his job. They did great work on my car. My issues were pretty simple, but they took care of them quickly and I'm happy with the results. Overall, they were very communicative and patient over the phone and in person. The inspection report was very thorough and included several pictures. Mitchell was personable and respectful. They seem to really care about each of the customers I saw them interact with. As a woman, it can be difficult to find a mechanic I'm comfortable with. But I will 100% be returning here. Highly recommend.”

“Adam is by far the best mechanic in town. I've been going to this guy for three years now, and I am never taking my cars anywhere else.
This guy fixed my AC, a valve gasket leak, brakes, rotors and more than i'll ever know how to do. Even if it's a problem I think I can fix myself, I'll call about him and he'll tell me exactly what to look for. Thats how much of a stand-up guy Adam is.
I was going to other mechanics around Lenexa before and they were overcharging and over-fixing every time I had a problem and I can tell you Adam is nothing like that. He is honest and upfront about everything with your car and I wouldn't put my trust in anyone else's hands.
He's also got tons of stories about his life. Next time you're in there ask him about the time he fought MMA. Or the time he jumped a side-by-side off a ramp, DUKES OF HAZZARD style!”

“I rolled into Fry's late Friday afternoon bc my engine light was on and my car was having a hard time starting - I was panicking bc I was leaving for a road trip at the crack of dawn the next day. The two guys were spread thin, but said they would at least check to see if it was the battery. They were so nice, professional and helpful. They replaced my battery and my engine light went off, car started perfectly and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. They could have easily blown me off saying I needed an appointment, it's the end of the day, blah, blah, but they were so willing to try and help. I am very impressed. I WILL be back!
