“I had a perfect experience at Sante Fe today. I waited 1 minute for an estimate. The woman helping me fixed the first problem - a noisy door - in about 1 minute when another auto repair company told me they'd need to remove the door. The second problem was a broken cable on my minivan's automatic sliding door. Instead of selling me a new sliding door mechanism, she fixed it so the door would slide open manually. This is perfect since my van has 200k miles and I didn't want to spend much on it. I'll be back!”
“Igor for the win!!!! So I went in looking to replace my lug nuts, and was disappointed that they didn't have 20 in stock. Igor called different locations to confirm stock, looked over the best options with me, and even offered different plans for getting me the right part. I ended up having to go to a different location for the second half of the order, which he called and reserved the parts from before purchase. While doing this I saw him give administrative advice to fellow coworkers and even had time to greet a new customer. If you go into this location, ask if Igor is there.”

8/30 update: I got in a fender bender and took my (new) car back to Bob Allen to the collision center. I must give a shout out to Mary, she provided outstanding customer service. She was patient with my schedule, worked seamlessly with my insurance, answered ALL of my questions and was easy to get in contact with.
Most importantly, she gave a goal date for my car to be ready and it was ready on time! This was huge help, as it saved money on extending my rental car. Also, The gentleman that drove the “shuttle” to my rental car location, was prompt, friendly and I enjoyed our conversation.
I will continue to drive from the MO side over to this dealership for all of my car needs. All the way around it has been a pleasant experience.”

“So I checked under my hood earlier in the evening and found that my coolant was lower than the minimum line. I hadn't driven my car in several days and the fluid was above the min line. Anyway, after dinner with family, I decided to stop at AutoZone to get a professional's opinion on what I should do at that moment. A very helpful clerk checked the fluid level and suggested adding some coolant until I could take my car for an assessment. I went from feeling anxious to feeling calm.
