“What can I say about Matt Vail? He is honest, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile. Vails aren't the cheapest, they are reasonable, and they are the best! I hit some construction material on a highway and blew out two tires. I bought tires while on the roadside then my car was shaking and rattling. He worked hard to diagnose the problem and get the parts I needed.”

“I damaged the back hatch door of my minivan. The entire hatch door needed to be replaced.They communicated with my insurance in terms of providing a quote, etc. I was told the repair would take four days but they only had to keep my minivan on Mon, Tue, and Wed for repair. I received a text on Thursday morning letting me know it was ready. Another nice surprise is they saved me $100 off of my $500 deductible.The only negative thing I would say is they rarely answer the phone. In order to communicate with them, my husband had to go over there in person (luckily it's a one minute drive down the road, but if this business was in a different town, not being able to reach someone would have been an issue and I probably would have found a different place).Overall I would recommend this place (and if needed, I will do business there again)! They are friendly, fast, and do quality work!”
