“First of all-I hated the need to be towed in the first place. Having stated this, Simple Tow is as close to this being a good experience as there can be. Sam and his truck showed up within 15 minutes of when I called and the cost of the towing service was very fair. He was friendly and did a great job of protecting my car during the process.
