The teller I interacted with today must’ve had minimal to zero customer service experience. Got the job done but the attitude was unpleasant and awkward.

Super helpful, friendly and informative staff. I was personally assisted by Kerry Maxwell, Branch Manager. Kerry made my transactions easy and quick. Kerry reflects positively on CapFed and her staff. A++.
Second Olathe branch; eighth in Johnson County. First branch manager was Dave Viebrock. Until he mastered the new alarm system, assistant branch manager Bob Johansen made sure he had coffee ready for the Olathe police officer assigned to stop by bright and early when the alarm sounded.
