“Was in a jam this week after I installed some new steering components in my Jeep JK. Kept getting death wobble even after reinstalling those new parts just to make sure it was somewhat dialed in, less professional alignment. I looked around and saw some good reviews on Stompers and decided to give them a call. Found them to be supper professional on first contact and they understood my urgency, as this is my DD. They went out of their way to fit me in that same day and not only consult with me about the rig, but actually did the work the same day. And folks, it was true consulting...Jay could have just reinstalled those new parts again, given me an alignment and sent me out the door, but he found the root issue which was being masked by the old parts - my balljoints were toast! Two prices on for $195 with two two years warranty and the other for $222. With a three year warrant! They will install your battery for me, they can look up any parts you need! They can also see if another store has the parts for you, the store is easy to get around,”

Even asked about measuring ball joints or even matching thread diameters and was perfect every time. “I’ve been loyal to these guys since 2002. Here’s why… I needed a new alternator and they sold me one that had the wrong set of teeth. This in turn chewed up my belt and caused an even bigger problem. I had the car towed to a repair shop and called them and told them the situation. They were apologetic, asked where my car was at and they paid for the entire repair and had a new alternator delivered amd my car was repaired and ready to go all in the same day. Every time I’ve gone in there, since, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in helping me repair whatever needs repaired. You deal with the other guys and the level of knowledge and genuine friendliness is nowhere close. O’Reilly is the best and no one, based on all of my dealings with them, could tell me different. Don’t waste time with other spots, let these guys get you what you need and beget on with it.”

“I had these guys look at a hitch wiring harness I had installed at uhaul. As soon as it was installed my tail light fuse started blowing. I suspected the u-haul’s work was the cause. It took Eric all of 5 minutes to find and show me the frayed wire deep in my trunk, which he promptly fixed.
Interesting how Croft could find the problem that Uhaul said didn’t exist.
Anyway, quality work and nice folks here. I’d happily recommend Croft.”
