“Absolutely great in all respects! Tanner took care of me from the moment I walked in to the completed repair of my "crunched bumper!!" Beautiful replacement job and careful to make sure all surrounding area was addressed and repaired as needed! Final bill was reasonable and they washed and cleaned the vehicle so it looked great! “I was involved in a hit a run luckily only the plastic cover on the mirror popped off and cracked didn’t want to have to file an insurance claim for something so minor found the part on multiple websites purchased it on a auto nation parts that said would arrive 7/22 after placing my order with them i get an email couple hours later saying shipping will now take 12-15 days. I did not want to wait so i decided to go with Olathe Toyota and i am so glad i did !!!! I placed the order 7/18 received it 7/24! I was very skeptical as there weren't actual pictures of the part just the description. I did provide my VIN. The part came in and it was perfect! looked exactly like the part that broke and fit perfectly and easy to install! Thank you Olathe Toyota!!”
“Was in a jam this week after I installed some new steering components in my Jeep JK. Kept getting death wobble even after reinstalling those new parts just to make sure it was somewhat dialed in, less professional alignment. I looked around and saw some good reviews on Stompers and decided to give them a call. Found them to be supper professional on first contact and they understood my urgency, as this is my DD. They went out of their way to fit me in that same day and not only consult with me about the rig, but actually did the work the same day. And folks, it was true consulting...Jay could have just reinstalled those new parts again, given me an alignment and sent me out the door, but he found the root issue which was being masked by the old parts - my balljoints were toast! Two prices on for $195 with two two years warranty and the other for $222. With a three year warrant! They will install your battery for me, they can look up any parts you need! They can also see if another store has the parts for you, the store is easy to get around,”

“Above and beyond service! I pulled up to get my check engine light code scanned but my kid fell asleep on the way. Not wanting to wake them up or leave them in the car I called into the store and told them I was outside and needed the code scanned. Within seconds Wesley came out and scanned the code, went back inside to print off the papers for me, and brought them back out to my car for me. He was kind and professional through the entire experience. I thoroughly appreciated the willingness to accommodate to the situation at hand. I highly recommend this autozone! And if Wesley’s manager is reading this . . . That man needs a raise!”

Even asked about measuring ball joints or even matching thread diameters and was perfect every time. “I’ve been loyal to these guys since 2002. Here’s why… I needed a new alternator and they sold me one that had the wrong set of teeth. This in turn chewed up my belt and caused an even bigger problem. I had the car towed to a repair shop and called them and told them the situation. They were apologetic, asked where my car was at and they paid for the entire repair and had a new alternator delivered amd my car was repaired and ready to go all in the same day. Every time I’ve gone in there, since, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in helping me repair whatever needs repaired. You deal with the other guys and the level of knowledge and genuine friendliness is nowhere close. O’Reilly is the best and no one, based on all of my dealings with them, could tell me different. Don’t waste time with other spots, let these guys get you what you need and beget on with it.”
