“My iPhone had been having issues charging for quite some time until recently it just stopped wanting to charge all together. I was on the verge of buying a new phone which I didn’t want to do, so instead, in desperation I brought it here to see if they could fix the issue. A nice young lady told me it would probably just need a good cleaning. They quoted me at $25 plus tax for the cleaning and said if she couldn’t get it to charge that they wouldn’t make me pay for the service. I left my phone with her and came back about 20 minutes later and to my surprise she cleaned it up and it was charging like brand new again. I almost couldn’t believe how well it was doing after all the trouble I was having with it. I happily paid the cleaning fee and saved myself the headache of needing to buy a new phone. Thank you so much to that kind employee who assisted me with my issue and corrected it. I would highly recommend using this business! Several days later I’m happy to report it’s still doing great and charging like a dream!”

However, he was a good sport, as he was bundled up.He and Marcellus, who I assume was the tech, both had coats on, but did their work without complaint. That's dedication.Rob suggested a protective screen coating but wasn't pushy and even applied it for me.The work was done timely and professionally.I would recommend this business!”

To my surprise I had a fantastic outing. The free SIM card replacement was just the start. I asked Kay about adding hot spot service and by the time we wrapped up he gotten our 3 family phones pulled together on a 3/$100 plan, added hot spots to all AND our new plan is less than what I was paying prior. “My husband and I went in to the Olathe store on Blackbob to get help with a billing issue and a credit that was due on our account. We had been trying to get it fixed for awhile and we were feeling very frustrated. We had an appointment with Eve in December and she spent a lot of time with us trying to fix the problem. She was able to get our bill fixed and our credit issued. Fast forward to February and 2 bills later still no credit on our account. I reached out to Eve again. She got right back to me and tirelessly resolved the issue and finally got us our credit. She goes above and beyond for her customers. She ROCKS! Thank you Eve!!!!!”

This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service.
