Complete scam - they gave me an estimate to fix my air conditioner for 1500$ plus 900$ for something unrelated. What they quoted me wasn't even what was needed to repair according to AAMCO. To fix it was 300$. Called For Action was called to let people know. Oil change might be okay, just beware!

New Concept scheduled my vehicle for repairs the day I called. I was in and out the same day. They were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will go back for future repairs.

You guys overcharge so much, I got my serpentine belt replaced here and it was $450!! Then I was quoted $800 to get a new power steering pump and got it done at another place for $400!!

Very nice people and the service was great, I had an oil leak, and they found it very quickly and fixed it ( my oil filter was loose) .they only charged me for the oil, to fill it up no labor charge I would highly recommend them .

Beware they don't follow the law here they will not accept your tax exemption forms. They also will lie about your car needing stuff that it doesn't need. Classic terrible service.
