I gave this auto place a review that was a mistake. They are a 5 star auto-repair garage I put it was a 3 star where I made the mistake. They are a 5 star company and will treat you very well. Good place to go.

Overall a great experience! Very good communication and absolutely no pressure to complete any/all services needed or recommended. We will definitely use New Concept for any of our other vehicle maintenance or service needs.

I’ve had them replace a timing belt and everything that goes along with that. Excellent job! I had a question about if my van needed a transmission cooler added since I put a trailer hitch on it and they answer that question by doing an inspection on the van at no charge.
