“Switched from Storage City and regret doing Storage City to begin with. Maberry storage customer service is way better with regards to refunds if you don't stay the whole time, will honor contracts (good book keeping), the units are well insulated, they don't leak, the over all construction is newer/well constructed (aluminum/steel construction -not wood) so easier to open and close the doors, and the area is higher in elevation compared to Storage City (in the event of a flood event). The whole area is gated, video surveillance, and the owners seems to live on site with dogs who are also on alert. The grounds are well maintained to detour would be thieves into thinking the place is not closely monitored.”

“I enjoy visiting the staff here. I found about through word of mouth and I have been a loyal customer since. Their attention to detail, the entire establishment and just the most outstanding and awesome people in the world. Because of the company I own and personal documents I receive in the mail that contains sensitive information, I WOULD NOT let anyone business but Document Resources handle the destruction of the documents. And in addition, because I am a veteran, I tend to receive a ton of letters and other documents from VA that contains my personal information. They have the ability not only to alleviate the documents by shredding them beyond any shredder I own. I am just waiting for them to make the documents disappear. Lol. And the funny thing about this establishment is no matter when I need to have services done by them they are always there and I don't even know the hours.”

B&T offered me a refund without me even asking and kept me updated as they cleared me out of the system and got my money refunded. I can’t speak to their facilities since I never got to use them but I would recommend them off of business practices and customer service alone.”

“Had a great experience using this facility to store my stuff while deployed. The startup was easy with the automated machine at the office. After you sign up, be sure to call to setup auto pay, ask about the military discount, and provide your proof of insurance. Unit showed no sign of moisture when I came back after 9 months. I threw mouse bait out when I moved in. I had one dead mouse in the unit and very minimal mouse droppings. Closing the account was very easy with me just emailing the customer service with my move out date.”
