Buildings are secured with chain link fence with easy motorized gate access. Good location for folks on the east side of Manhattan.

Very friendly, they have always been more than understanding, and willing to work with customers. I have been a satisfied customer for years. Property and units are very well maintained. The facility has great security. Competitive rates. Will recommend!
In addition to having some of the BEST rates around! We also provide a secure facility with perimeter fence, lighting, electronic gate systems, 24 hr video surveillance, an on site office, and owners who live on site as well.
The office is located on the NORTH side of the road in the large Grey Shop. Follow the signs.
